FAQs

How many guests will be attending?

Understandably, you may be curious about the size of our wedding. At this time, we expect to have approximately 110 guests in attendance. We will keep you posted if anything changes closer to the date.

Will you encourage social distancing?

We can’t wait to have all of our favorite people together in one place! We do encourage you to refrain from handshakes, hugs or other physical contact with any guests outside of your household. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, to allow guests to keep a comfortable amount of space between them.

Will the wedding be hosted indoors or outdoors?

Most of the wedding's events will be held outdoors. Our ceremony will be hosted in the garden of The Woman's Club of Rock Hill, with a short cocktail hour to follow inside the Club. Rest assured there are numerous outdoor and patio areas that will be open and available for mingling during this time. The reception and dinner will be held outdoors as well.

Do we need to wear a mask?

While it’s not a requirement for our wedding, we completely understand and respect any guests who may wish to wear a mask on the day. Please note that masks will also be available at the venue, should you choose to wear one.

What additional safety measures will be taken on the day?

Please be assured that your health and safety is our top priority! We have chosen to implement the following additional safety measures at our wedding:

We will have multiple sanitizing stations set up around the venue, including upon arrival and in each bathroom.

Masks will be available for those who wish to wear one or you may bring your own.

The hotel shuttle will limit seating on board and a mask is required at all times while inside. This is a mandated requirement from the Hotel Staff.

Are we allowed to dance?

There are currently no restrictions in place preventing the dance floor from being the spotlight of the evening. Please know that we want you to have fun and do what makes you the most comfortable. Whether you are showing off your dance moves or watching from a distance, the band will not disappoint!

How will food be served?

Dinner will be served buffet style. Tables will be released in a manner that allows for social distancing around the food.

What if it rains?!

Everyone keep your fingers crossed for perfect weather on the day of! However, if it does rain, the PARTY SHALL GO ON! We will have lots of tents in the event that the rain wants to celebrate with us. Rain or shine, we are going to have a night you won't forget!
